The front desk and housekeeping were wonderful. Front desk was very friendly, provided information and was responsive. There is also the eden wellness spa located in the hotel and they were also equally wonderful. The breakfast buffet was good as well.

Hotel itself is nice and clean. Carpet has some smell . Needs thorough cleaning. Front of hotel terrible - beside an abandoned office space ? Nice once you get inside. Close to transportation. Nice staff. Lots of walkable dining options. Would be a big plus once they build the new train hub ( that goes directly to the airport ?).

Great hotel with great location. Room was spacious and very clean. Staff were very accommodating allowing us to check in early and store our bags with no hassle. Drinks at the lobby bar were delicious - I recommend the watermelon mojito! Tram stop is outside the hotel and the Florenc terminal is a short walk away. Old Town about 15 mins walk away too.

My wife and I loved this hotel. The staff were very accommodating and friendly both from check in/check out and breakfast service each morning. The breakfast was amazing and one of the best we have ever been to, which included bubbles on entry if that is what you desire when on holidays. The room was just spacious enough for 2 which included a desk, small table and reading chair. The bathroom is a great size with plenty of space. The staff had set up a towel arrangement on the bed for our arrival as we were travelling for our honeymoon which was a great touch. It is a short 10 minute walk to the old town square and well connected by trams with a stop right out the front of the hotel. I would highly recommend The Grandior Hotel and will definitely stay here again.
