三日間、滞在しました。 お部屋はとても綺麗で雰囲気があります。 トラムの駅から3分くらいの場所にあり、とても静かです。 朝食もとても美味しく、何よりスタッフの方がどの方もとても親切で楽しくプラハで滞在することができました。 滞在中2度ほどお部屋にコーヒーもいただいて大満足でした。 次回、プラハに来る時もこちらが第1候補です。 素敵なサービスをしていただきありがとうございました。

Wonderful hotel in a quiet location close to major sights. Comfortable room and excellent breakfast. Very attentive staff helped with recommendations and reservations and even made lunch for us to take with us on our last day.

The hotel was quaint, very well maintained and centrally located in the old part of town. The staff could never do enough for you and were all very friendly. Wi-fi was excellent and breakfast exceptional. I can't think of anything youi could do to make the hotel any better. We enjoyed the experience and highly recommend the Residence Agnes to anyone traveling to Prague.

Five stars for this hotel is not enough. The property was beautiful and the staff was amazing. All we had to do was ask in our needs were taken care of immediately. I recommend this hotel to everyone and can’t wait to come back again. These people were amazing to us. We came as guests and left as friends.

We had a wonderful experience at Hotel Residence Agnes in PRAGUE, Czechia. The service was excellent, and the staff made us feel truly home welcome throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to make our experience memorable, and we truly appreciate their efforts. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. Perfect place to stay in the middle of Old Town. The staff and I mean ALL the staff was very helpful, kind and it felt like they wanted to do more for us to enjoy our stay! We left on morning and it was raining, and without asking, the wonderful woman at the front brought an umbrella and gave it to me! Breakfast was substantial, the rooms are large and the bed was comfortable! Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at Hotel Residence Agnes was exceptional! A beautiful building and the location was great. Every member of staff was so friendly and accommodating - they couldn't do enough for us. Great location for sightseeing, walk inside Residence Agnes and you are immersed in a unique lobby with friendly welcoming staff. We had two rooms as a family, both clean. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. As a coeliac family, we were able to educate the staff on what this means (not just gluten free food but no cross contamination) and would hope to see more recommendations and breakfast “safe” options as they continue to learn.

This has to be one of the most outstanding hotel experiences we have had. The hospitality of the owner and staff is the absolute best. We came to Agnes because of a recommendation and we are happy to give ours as well. I just hope that with all the good reviews there will be room for us again.

Staff at the Hotel Agnes is amazing. Best experience in Europe. And the breakfast is wonderful. They also help with any travel, transfer or activities during your stay. Will definitely be back.

What a fantastic find! A staff that will bend over backwards for you. A breakfast that... I wish I'd taken a picture of the spread. Location, location, location! Quiet room. Parking is tight in that area of town so check with them, they'll work it out with you. They did for us. Oh, if you need a lift to and from the airport, they do that too! Will be checking back with them about bicycle storage on the next trip.

From the initial welcoming email thanking us for booking with them; to offering to organize a driver to pick us up at the airport; to bringing us a drink and taking the time to personally sit with us upon our arrival to understand what was important to us during our stay, the staff at Residence Agnes are exceptional! At any time of day or evening, we were always greeted with a smile and made to feel special. It was their pleasure to make recommendations on sightseeing, shopping and restaurants…their goal is to genuinely care. Outside, the location is easily walkable to everything, just one quiet street away from the action. Inside is a very cozy setting and a great breakfast, they even remembered how we took our coffee.
