"It wasn’t a good hotel at all. It says luxury boutique but it is neither Luxury nor boutique.
Dirty towels and dirty floor of the room we were supposed to check into. I won’t recommend this at all."
"The hotel person says, they are not online, i have paid 6k to other hotel for one day, i believed on expedia but it is very worse, i was in trouble, hotel people behaviour was not good, owner was asking 3 times extra money for single day, i took some other hotel, i will go to consumer because i am a family person and i was in trouble during this peak winter season."
"We had a very disappointing stay at Valencia Club. The 3 BHK villa we booked was in terrible condition from the moment we arrived. Rooms were unclean, bedsheets and towels had visible stains, and the whole place smelled musty. The bathroom had mold, which is unacceptable at this price point.
There were open wires and unsafe plug points, which felt dangerous. Housekeeping didn’t resolve anything the “clean” sheets they replaced were even worse. It genuinely felt like basic hygiene and safety are not priorities here.
The listing also misled us about Wi-Fi. It only worked for WhatsApp messages, no actual internet for browsing, maps or payments. Definitely not what was advertised.
When we raised these issues, instead of helping, staff asked us to pay extra to “upgrade” to a premium villa which was actually the same one shown in their listing that we had already paid for. The room they tried to give us instead was a downgrade. (Photos attached.)
Food was average but the service was slow; snacks came late and often wrong. At one point we were served an item not even on their menu, and staff still insisted we ordered it. Overall the property felt mismanaged.
Extremely inconvenient and disappointing. The FOH team isn’t trained to handle guests, and none of our concerns were acknowledged or resolved.
Not recommended at all. The place needs serious improvement in hygiene, safety, honesty, and customer service before I’d consider coming back."
"If you are looking for a stay in a heritage building then this is the place…. What a beautiful property… the staff is amazing and makes you feel special… the rooms are amazing with antique furniture… it’s a wonderful experience staying there and enjoying the hospitality….one should definitely go for a stay in this property..Thanks."
