• Manque d’équipements essentiels : À notre arrivée, il manquait des couettes et des couverts. Malgré de nombreuses relances (appels et e-mails), une seule couette nous a été livrée au bout de plusieurs jours, et aucun suivi n’a été effectué pour le reste des problèmes signalés.
• Propreté insuffisante : L’appartement était dans un mauvais état : vitres sales, moquette tachée, machine à café non vidée, vaisselle sale,...

"It was off-season so hardly anyone was there. My room was terrific with a mini-sauna on the deck. Staff was very friendly. Easy walk into town with the plenty of dining options (during the season that is). A very nice place and a great stay. "
"The hot spring swimming pool attached to the hotel is amazing -- beautifully built into the landscape, natural small of eucalyptus, open until 2045. Breakfast is excellent and wifi works well. Without aircon, a room on the second floor gets uncomfortably hot in the summer -- it was 25C at the start of the night, cooling down to 21C in the morning, on a day with high temperature of 23-24C."

"Lovely appartment at the bottom of the resort. Has wondeful views and a small balcony. It had everything we needed and more! Appartment has a small hallway for boot storage and we kept our skis on the balcony. We kept the key ij the key safe box every day and it took our worry away from losing this. It has perfect ski in and out to the slope all day. Our only struggle was the hill upto the center of the resort but we didnt mind the walk, 5 minutes to the village center. Can ring for transport at any time. We had full itinery sent out before our arrival and let the host know when we'd be leaving. Was a really lovely place would come back in a heartbeat!! Thank yoy"
"Overall great week, couple of minor things in the apartment, toaster and spa bath weren't working. We were also unlucky with neighbors in the next apartment, they were extremely noisy with no regard for anybody else. Nevertheless the plus points were the apartment was cosy and clean right in the centre of the resort with easy access to the slopes. You can also ski/board all the way back the apartment, this would have been helpful to know, we just discovered it on the last day. Weather was great all week which always helps. Another great week in Avoriaz."
"Very friendly and helpful service. Hôtel is conveniently located and the small spa is nice (although no pool). Food options however are limited. Breakfast is decent but avoid half board. The ground floor restaurant basically reuses left over breakfast items! "
