「We used an odd Keurig selection (provided by host) which produced a burnt smell. After checking out we were told we were being charged the extra cleaning fee for smoking in the unit (which never happened). Tried calling Vrbo and could not understand one word the rep was saying. It’s too bad a trip to see our son in the Air Force ended with such dishonesty. Nice scam VRBO!」
