"Hotel was nice although room (chose a suite) wasn’t up to the standard I expected with a wooden slat broken on bathroom blinds and the blinds being unable to close. The wooden floors were scratched and the carpet didn’t look the cleanest. We were greeted at reception but not the warmest welcome. The guy spoke very little and didn’t seem overly happy in his workplace. The bar area was nice although very expensive! "

"Single room. Small but fine. Mattress was a bit lumpy. Shower was a bit "weak". Room was clean. Evening meal in the lounge was excellent...it was busy which is always a good sign. Breakfast was just superb. Fresh, local produce. Cooked fresh and hot as were the plates. Tea, toast, orange juice. Best part of the stay."
