「Check in was very easy. Nice location with an easy walk to the lake. We had a family of deer that visited us every afternoon. Loved going on the lake on the kayaks. We were able to see a few loons and a bald eagle. Very serene and beautiful place!」

「The cabin was centrally located and a great fit for what we needed. We were a group of five and that seemed like a perfect number for the space (although theoretically I think it can sleep ten). If you plan to cook for larger groups you should bring some of your own pots and pans, and paper plates and utensils (the kitchen does have some things, but not enough for cooking for more than 3-4 ppl). Overall a great stay! The fire pit and river views were lovely. 」

「The house is beautiful and immaculate, just as described and pictured. I loved the spacious rooms with just enough decoration to make it feel like we were in Maine without feeling cluttered. The whole rental process was seamless. I had trouble with my payment processing and the host was very patient and helpful. 「Wonderful weekend away on Moosehead lake to celebrate the 4th of July with our family! The accommodations were clean & comfortable and the guest house was a plus.
