🪵 Disclaimer: Rural Cabin Stay – Please Read 🌲 By proceeding with this reservation, you acknowledge and understand that you are renting a cabin located in the rural woods of Northern Maine. While we strive to provide a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained environment, there are natural elements that come with the setting: 🐭 Mice Activity: Mice may be present year-round due to the surrounding wilderness, with increased activity during the cooler months (fall and winter) as they seek warmth indoors. We use natural and sterile methods to treat the cabin, but occasional sightings or signs of mice may still occur. ❄️ Ice & Snow: Icy conditions are common in colder months. We do our best to salt and shovel walkways, but some ice may remain. Please use caution when walking outside during these times. 🕸️ Spiders & Webs: In this remote wooded setting, spiders are prevalent. We clear webs before each guest’s arrival, especially around the exterior, but they often rebuild quickly due to the natural environment. By confirming your stay, you accept and understand these conditions as part of the authentic and rustic Northern Maine experience. 🌲🏡

Wonderful property with all that we could have possibly needed. The owner was very kind, responsive and generous with a personal visit during our stay. We loved being together as a family, celebrating anniversaries. Thank you for making our family vacation as wonderful as it was.
We stayed as four adults and two children, 1 toddler. There was plenty of space for all of us, and we loved being so close to the atv trails. We were able to see two moose close by as well! The cabin itself is beautiful and a quiet, great location.
Beautiful location, well kept yard. Clean house with all the essential amenities. Short walk down to water/shared dock. We all enjoyed our time in Greenville, as always.
We stayed for Memorial Day weekend with our adult sons and their girlfriends. The house is tucked away and very private but an easy walk to the waterfront where we were able to keep our boat on a mooring. The house itself was very clean and well equipped. Each room is as pictured, comfortable and nicely decorated. The house is set up for “fun” with a little bar set up, outdoor speakers, corn hole, cozy outdoor lighting etc. We would definitely stay here again.
This property is one of our favorites in Greenville! We brought our pups, plenty of room, so cozy, clean and all the luxuries of home. The outdoor space is amazing, all the lights and the firepit, outside Oasis, purchased wood across from autoparts store! The public lake access is a bit of a hike and not private. We will most defiantly be back.
This property was perfect for our 3rd annual ATV trip. Plenty of space and very comfortable for the 6 adults, and 1 furbaby, that were able to make it. The outdoor space was so relaxing and peaceful, and absolutely perfect for our dog. She truly loved the gated porch!!
We had everything we needed to make our stay stress-free!!
Thank you to the Plumes for sharing your beautiful property with us. Will definitely contact again when/if we come back up that way again.
Our family of 3 generations had the perfect vacation! Everyone wants to do this again next year. The house was perfect - plenty of room, we wanted for nothing! The wrap around porch was a ++. Location ... again perfect. You felt like you were in the woods yet you're just minutes from the lake. We of course enjoyed all that Greenville and surrounding towns has to offer, including ATVing, White Water Rafting, Moose Safari, Pontooning, golfing, swimming and taking in the wilderness and beauty the area. We'll be back!!
The location was perfect, close to town but very private. The house was very well decorated and very comfortable. We had our dogs with us so the deck with the gate was great for relaxing outside with the dogs. The view and sunsets from the boat dock were beautiful. We were able to ride right downtown Greenville on the 4 wheelers from the driveway. Great stay for the whole family.
From booking to checking in, the process was easy. William was a great host with clear & quick communication. The house had everything you need/want! Beautiful!
The property had everything needed, one of the best rentals for being well equipped.
The directions to find the cabin could have been better.
Very quiet and a great place for a family getaway.
We we group of 8 family and friends. The house was beautiful and spacious. All you need to bring is food and beverage. The owners tjought of everything else and even brought us a stack of firewood. Perfect stay. Can't wait to go back again.
Great location, a few minutes outside of town. The house is secluded, yet close. It's at the bottom of a very large hill, but the town takes good care to salt and sand, so no issues. Great snowmobile access to the lake, then from there, anywhere. Very friendly host, only possible negative was the guest before us took their dog out to the driveway , so there was quite a bit of crap on one side of the driveway. Perhaps cut a 3' wide trail to the back of the lot via snowblower to accomodate for that. Other than that, 5 stars all the way. Will rent this one again!
