"Breakfast was not complimentary. We were given a coupon of 10$ each for breakfast. At the restaurant there was only one guy to take the orders and the prepare the food. Had to wait for one hour to get food for 4 people. The automatic blinds were not working. The sheets worked. This caused sleep problems. The parking was 30$ overnight."

"well first I'm wanna start off by saying that the bed was so comfortable. I definitely expected more from a hotel room that was over $200 a night as the rooms were dated and the business centers computers were from the early 2000s. Can't complain about the location, it's walking distance to the White House. Overall I would definitely stay just because of how comfortable the bed was but $200 a night is insane to me but I guess that's the rate in DC"

"Alternatives to the $25 daily breakfast were awful. Hilton phone door key never worked. Check on process needed is verified but I was not notified. Clean up your act. "

"The service was very friendly, and the location is perfect if you're going to be using the subway, as it's only a two-minute walk. The hotel needs remodeling, the cold breakfast is meager, and the snacks served during happy hour are completely unhealthy—chips, cereal, and cookies."

"First room we were given was hot and smelled of something burning, like the fan in the AC. Hotel staff quickly accommodated us in another cool clean room. Hopefully they checked the equipment in the first room immediately. The rest of the stay was pleasant. Only complaint was the noisy AC turning on and off."

"The menu had no bread items thevstation was not well maintained between guest. Food all on counter. Only apples and waffles cereal milk. Tge tgree days night we had no room service for towels or garbage removal. It was so loud at night from yelling outside folks on a saturday night. The otger two nights noisy buy did settled by 12am. Refrigerator had meat in it when i arrived not clean. "

"Home was comfortable, beds were comfortable. Great location to public transportation. Appreciated the breakfast items. Aldi's is nearby, as well as a cute corner market. We enjoyed our visit."

"The room assigned to us is clean and organized. Slidding wood door need to get fix. Its hard and no handle. Hard to push. Room is NOT quiet. You can hear neighbors noise, loud stumps when guests walk on the upper floor especially when there are kids. Its annoying and i was not able to rest enought my 7 nights stay. The breakfast easily run out fast. The staff are friendly. The muslim receptionist is friendly and always smile. The self laundry is a huge help . They have gym but i did not use it. Pool is also available for those who want to use it. Safe place with free parking but not quiet . This will be my firsr and last. "

"I was delighted to discover that the entire building is going through a renovation. My room was newly re-done, clean, and good. I'd say staying here is about expectations though. This is an affordable place to stay in a nice area that is close to the metro, restaurants, etc. I didn't see any staff after I checked in, but Etie helped me get settled by getting an ironing board and iron during check-in. Lost Sock is a great coffee house located on the far side of the metro. I didn't know we had laundry machines in the building. I didn't need that though. Again, if you want an affordable, clean, safe place to stay that's close to DC, this is for you. If you want all the amenities of a full hotel, you'll pay double to be in DC."
