「Perfect location to see the city of Bruges, amazing staff and restaurant. All the recommendations were fantastic and made us frequently visit the shops, restaurants, sights, etc. Highly recommend this hotel that bring you at home and gives ultimate pleasures of enjoying Bruges. Need to respect the breakfast hours as some guests aimed to take seats earlier. Will definitely come back.」

Hard to get a hold of the owner to get the keys. The phone number we had was incorrect. This was a new listing with Hotel.com and bugs not worked out. The extra money had to be paid in cash and was supposed to be paid upfront for the cleaning and linens and towels. No chance to use a credit card. Not ideal for travelers from outside...
