ヤイザの五つ星ホテル

「Meine Bewertung geht’s nicht um das Hotel selbst, sonder um die Reservierung bei Expedia: Das Zimmer war richtig toll und super angelegt mit tollen Blick auf Meer. Dank Expedia haben wir ein Getränk mit Schokolade Begrüßung bekommen. Das Beste war die Einladung zum Abendessen am „Volcan“ Restaurant und zum Spa (auch dank Expedia)」

「スタッフの笑顔、一部のスタッフのサービスの良さは素晴らしいです。一方で滞在期間中に、部屋にあるべき備品がそろっていない、人数分の備品がないということが多すぎました。インターネットアクセスはつながるだけましなのかもしれませんが、夜間はほとんどつながらず、送信したはずのメールも実は届いていないということが旅行後わかるなど、当てになりませんでした。食事は満足できますが朝食がありきたり、毎日ほぼ同じメニューでちょっと飽きました。場所柄仕方ないのかもしれませんが、高級リゾートとしては下だと思います。改善してくれたらいいと思う点はたくさんあります。そこそこのバケーションで特に期待しないのであれば快適ですが、ハイクラスのリゾート慣れしている方にはがっかりかもしれません。」

「Lovely hotel in a brilliant location. Food is ok, nothing bad just standard all inclusive buffet. We chose bed and breakfast and ate out. Rooms nice, all very clean and good facilities. Swimming pool (preferred) is a lovely area to chill.」

「We just spent 4 nights at Iberostar. Would highly recommend this hotel, the staff were really friendly, plenty of activities to do for everyone. We went half board and they had a lot of choices (vegetarian/vegan) for both breakfast and dinner. I went with my 6 year old and he really enjoyed the water slides at the hotel. The room was really clean and spacious. We had double partial sea view room. The hotel also has a good location. 」

「Très bel hôtel original avec des bâtiments typiques et ne donnant pas l’impression d’être dans un hôtel avec 250 chambres. Très calme et bien situé Le buffet du soir est moyen car la moitié est constitué essentiellement de salades et sauces alors que tous les soirs il n’y a que 2 viandes et 2 poissons à faire griller et le choix est presque le même tous les soirs les desserts sont aussi peu variés et pas originaux 」

「The Hotel facilities and all the staffs are kind/friendly. Restaurant except Japanese Teppan Yaki are great taste. Very clean and beautiful inside and outside.」

「It was a good family hotel, could do with other restaurants on site, 7 nights is more than enough and you probably want to eat out as the buffet can get very tired and their Italian restaurant on site can be difficult to book with having to be book 2 days in advance. There's adult only sections but naturally are close to children areas so felt bad as no doubt they heard many screaming kids. The rooms were clean enough though expect dirty feet by the end of it, highly recommend the Merlin rooms...
