「コッツウォルズのブロードウェイ・タワーで車上荒しに遭った後チェックインしました。レセプションの男性がとても良い人で、レンタカー会社への連絡なども代わりにしてくれました。食事はとても美味しく、また朝食は込みの割にはチョイスが多くエッグベネディクトを戴きましたが最高でした。同行した息子は8日間の旅行中一番美味しかったと言っています。」

「ウエルカムドリンクとして、紅茶を頂きました。その際も、紅茶の好みを聞いていただき、翌朝の朝食の際も好みを覚えてていただき、とても親近感がわきました。又、お嬢様が依然日本で英語の教師をしていて、オーナーご夫婦も訪日した経験からとても親日的で温かいもてなしを受けました。お庭や前庭のお花もとてもきれいにお手入れされていて癒されました。シャワーの温度水量も十分で快適に過ごせました。」

「So thrilled to have found this little gem. Needed an overnight stay near Monmouth, we stayed on Boxing Day evening, with our dog. Beautiful room , We ate in the bar, food first class. I imagine we will pay another visit if in the area. 」

「Lovely house, room was a good size, comfortable bed, decent linen. Good onsuite shower. Breakfast preordered and delivered to room as still have Covid restriction in place. Parking available but a bit tight getting in and out if other cars there. Hosts friendly and gave us a warm welcome. Definitely better than Doubletree Hotel down the road and half the price. 」

「One of the showers was a little too hot for some of our tastes. The double bed was very hard and difficult to sleep, but it was also very warm whilst we were there. The owners were really communicative before our stay and when we got there. They left us some bread, milk and essentials which was really appreciated.
