"The 3 bedroom villa with private pool was one of the highlights on our month long tour of Australia. The hotel staff were extremely kind and helpful (we unexpectedly arrived after check in time - denoted as 6pm on Expedia, but 5:30pm is the actual close. No worries as staff had arranged a very easy alternate check in method). The space in the villa was huge, the kitchen and pantry full of helpful item, the grounds were immaculate and full of flora and fauna. Just breathtaking. We'd travel back to Palm Cove just to stay at the Sanctuary!"

"Very relaxing getaway. We come here every year for our anniversary as the village feel in Palm Cove is fantastic. The resort amenities are sensational especially the pools and rooms. Staff are always friendly and courteous. Over the years we have noticed the pool area and decking is aging though and could use some rejuvenation."
