"Very helpful and friendly staff. West tower looked generally newer than the East tower. Not much to do nearby but super close to the airport! The hotel has airport shuttles running every 30min and it’s only a 5min ride away. Concierge helped us book a taxi 30min out to outlet malls and shopping area. As for the facilities, there was a pool for adults and a separate one for kids. There was also a little park/walking path garden between the tours. "

I appreciated that every restaurant had several vegan options and was happy to accommodate special requests. The location is great, close to the subway and palace, which makes getting around very convenient. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Seoul."
