「Absolutely awful experience. The property was falsely advertised as having a gym and spa on site – neither of which exist. To make matters worse, the CO2 alarms went off at around 5:30am, which was extremely alarming. When we contacted maintenance, they “fixed” the issue by breaking the alarms just to silence them. Unbelievably, the host then attempted to charge us £99.99 to repair the very alarms their own maintenance team damaged. Completely unacceptable behaviour and very poor management. I...

「It was much better than my expectation during my one week stay there. I was looking forward everyday for a piece of cake waiting in my room. Only thing that annoyed me was people stayed a room next to mine slammed doors every time when they in and out the house and their room, but it was only a few days and the rest of days were very quiet.」
