「Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption ( Frau Fatma ) waren sehr sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Mitarbeiterin Frau Gizem im Restaurant hat sich sehr sehr gut um uns gekümmert war immer aufmerksam und nett. 」

「Hotel was great, clean relaxing, nice setting in tree covered property and array of great food available. Good internet across the site and good water pressure in the spatious shower rooms. Regular busses to and from town. One draw back was the noise from the beach bar at night which had no sound barrier protecting the accomodation situated behind it, including our suite. This detracted from what was otherwise a relaxing holiday.」

「Otelin imkanları, fiziki ve hizmet alanında daha iyi olma eğiliminde yapılan yenilikler vs güzel idi fakat personel konusu gerçekten sıkıntılı otelde, bazıları çok iyi çok tecrübeli ama işte ilerleyen gemiyi yavaşlatmak için uğraşan otelden daha büyükmüş gibi hatta bırakın oteli Marmaris babasının malı gibiymiş hareket eden konuşan personelin olması kötü, yine de onca iyileşme eğilimi, güzel ve kaliteli hizmet bu sıkıntıların da bir süre sonra bitirileceği izlenimi veriyor… 」

「Really nice hotel, lovely sea views and a very good and wide selection of all-inclusive food choices. The deserts are especially good! Staff were nice and professional, hotel was clean and wi-fi was mostly good (although the power cut out a few times just for a few minutes each time, resulting in a disconnect). All in all though, a very nice hotel. 」

「This was one of the worst experiences we had with any hotel. First of all, when we arrived it was 110° outside and it was 110° inside, they didn't even bother to turn on the Air conditioner even in the lobby. Rooms were old, things were falling a part. We had only two 2 outlets in our room, one in the bedroom and the other in the bathroom. They left us half used shampoo and body wash bottles. Air conditioner stopped working in our kids room, it took hotel one hour to send someone and then they...

「ホテルのスタッフは親切で良い。オールインクルーシブなので飲み物はプールサイドをはじめホテル内あちらこちらで飲み放題（部屋のミニバーは有料）で嬉しい。夏のリゾート気分を多いに盛り上げてくれるホテル。 ただ、食事が毎食同じレストランで同じ様な内容なので数日居ると飽きてくるのと、大衆食堂的。子供連れにはかなり気楽で有り難いと思う。 残念ながら５つ星とは言えるようなホテルではなく建物も設備も古さが否めない。また、浴槽を毎日洗ってくれないのはどうかと思う。 リゾート気分を盛り上げるのは良いのだが、ホテル自体も周囲のホテルも深夜０時まで乗り乗りの音楽を大音量でかけるので静かな夜をお好みの方には辛いと思う。」

「There was no shampoo in the bathrooms, the remote for AC did not have batteries and it did not work well. Telephone needed replacement. You’d expect any of these to work seamlessly in any decent hotel but it took several request to get these straight here. The food, particularly desert section, was great. The town, scenery, sea was great.」

「ハイシーズンでは無かったので、スパ、サウナがホテル情報と異なり早く切り上げされていて、バーもクローズされていた。シーズンオフは対応してない事前情報が欲しかった。ホテルの電源ONの為にカードをさすが、１０回以上やって反応するトラブルがあり、チェックアウトの時に話したが、反応が悪かった。その他のサービスは良かった、友達は満足だったようです。」

「lovely hotel, stayed there five years ago, still good. Right at the end of the resort but bus stop by hotel into marmaris for 25 turkish lira per person and seem to run every five minutes. Don't get a taxi from Dalaman airport it cost us £60.you can pre book in the uk for around £38. 」

「Nice Hotel. But a bit noicy , ok food, it gets a lot of noice when there are 200 people in the resturant and then they play music also. Also a lot of peolpe around the swimming pool.」
