3*star hotel 100 metres from the beach

Omer the owner greeted us on arrival at 5am and showed us to our rooms we did order triple bed room and another double and single instead got 2 rooms triple which wasn't appropriate for the young child that sleeps with my sister. The next day he did change it to what we ordered. Opposite hotel is Scotia bar they are extremely loud and play music til 1-2am. I complained to omer and said they stop at midnight this was not the case and went to bed sleepless for 2 nights. 3rd night I made him call police who said they were allowed to play music til 1am even though the turkey government website says midnight. So if booking ask for rooms overlooking the pool as the noise goes from 10/10 to 2/10, which allows you to sleep!I was appreciative that he changed our triple room which was clean and large to a room with a cot bed and 2 single beds which was small but fine as we really needed to get away from the daily noise. Staff were friendly location is perfect and can request for bed change although our sheets were never changed! They didn't give fresh towels unless u asked we didn't ask but I thought it was obvious when the towels were dirty and left they get replaced but they wernt. The breakfast was ok no toast beans or friend egg. Always fresh bread but only so much bread and butter u can eat would be good if offered guests fried/scrambled eggs instead of boiled eggs every day. I would stay again as for 3* hotel it is what it is. The Pool Baby pool clean which kids loved, WiFi.

Angebot mit Allinclusive habe nur Frühstück erhalten Ausrede vor Ort war die bieten keine Allinclusive!! Ignoriert die Infos unter den Bildern. Zimmer wurde kein einziges Mal saubergemacht. Extrem laute Umgebung. Vorm Hotel ist mir jemand auf Auto hinten drauf gefahren, man hat mir nichtmal die Kamera gezeigt. Kein Urlaub sondern Horror Trip

Bizim satın aldığımız oda standart çift küşilik yatağı olandı. Ama bize tavan arasında bi oda verildi. Neden böyle olsuğunu sorduğumuzda otel dolu şansınıza küsün dendi. Bu yapılan haksızlık sizi şikayet edeceğim dediğimdeyse istediğiniz yere şikayet edebilirsiniz dediler.odada su yok dediğimizde onu siz satın alacaksınız dendi. Kahvaltı kalitesi de kötüydü. Merkezi diye bu oteli seçmiştim ama pişman oldum. Kaldırımda yatın yine bu otele gimteyin. Paranızı 10 lık döşek yapıp bu otele gitmezseniz alacağınız hizmetten bişey kaybetmiş olmazsınız. Kaldığım en kötü otel odadı, en kötü işletmeci miray otel. Bu anlayıştaki oteller kapatılmalı. Parasını ödememiş olssm kalmayacsktım. Çok kötü otel kesinlikle gidilmemeli

MİRAY HOTEL

Konforlu ve denize 3 dakika yürüme mesafesinde olan, havuzu olan (Çocuk havuzu da ayriyeten var) bir otel. Havuz temizliği düzenli olarak yapılıyor. Otel, kafa dinlemek isteyenler için sakin, (özellikle havuz kısmı çok ideal) geceleri ise bütün sokaklardaki barlardan gelen muhteşem şarkılarıyla eğlenceli bir aura yaratıyor. Bardan gelen sesleri dert edenler için söylüyorum gece 12:00'den sonra barlar kapalı alanlara dönüşüyor ve bar kapıları yalıtımlı olduğu için ses gelmiyor bu sayede uyuma saatlerine duyarlı bir bölge. Ayrıca cafelere, restorantlara ana caddeye de çok yakın. Otel sahibi canayakın ve çok ilgili biri. Hem aile olarak hem arakdaşlarla çok rahat bir şekilde gelinip kalınabilir. Zaten herkes sıcakkanlı ve çok anlayışlı.

İyi yönleri: Otelin konumunu harika denize yürüyerek 3 dk. Odalar ferah geniş personel aşırı ilgiliydi. Sorunlu yerler: Kahvaltı zayıf ve otopark için otel önünde yer olması için şanslı olmak lazım.

Reception lady trouble

İmportant things for guest especially out of the country same like me İnternet ( wifi ), this property have a wonderful speed of wifi, only the bad things about this property lady who's reception overnight doing angry face and doesn't answer if you ask her anythings, hope they fire her soon

Cool Bir Otel !

Merhaba. , Otele ilk geldiğimde otelin otopark hizmeti yoktu ancak bayram zamanı ve sezonun en yüksek olduğu bir anda bile otelin önünde aracımı park edecek bir yer bulabildim . Otel denize yürüme mesafesinde bu yüzden denize girmeyi benim gibi seviyorsanız mükemmel bir deneyim olabilir. Ayrıca otelin çok temiz bir yüzme havuzu var, deniz sonrası oradada eğlenme imkanınız var. Otel odası kendi segmentine göre baya iyi , hatta çoğu 5 yıldızlı otellerin odasından daha geniz ve konforlu diyebilirim . Temilik konusu ise mükemmel , ancak biraz temizliği abartmışlar diyebilirim. Sürekli bir temizlik çalışması var. Otelde çıkan kahvaltı ve öğlen yemeği standart ve taze gıdalardı ancak akşam yemekleri gerçekten mükemmel. Hem çok fazla çeşit var hemde çok lezzetli . Otelde konaklayan misafirler her zaman gelen ve kendilerine mekan olarak belirlemiş kişiler . Bu yüzden çok samimi bir ortam var. Akşamları ise otel tam bir kokteyl bar diyebilirim . Gerçekten harika bir deneyim . Otel çalışanı Can ise her konuda size danışmanlık yapıyor, giderken otelden çalıp kişisel danışmanınız bile yapabilirsiniz 😅

OK för 1 övernattning

Vi anlände till vår ordinarie hotell 1 dag för tidigt och behövde ett billigt hotell över en natt. För en natt var priset bra, men detta är inget hotell man kan spendera flera dagar på.

Never anyone on reception, one lad seemed to do everything. Breakfast very poor, bedrooms very small, ok for 2 nights but wouldn't want to spend a week there. But staff were very friendly and lovely.

oteli sadece gece yatmak için kullanacaksanız fiyata göre de ideal bir otel. Genel anlamda temizlik konusunda sıkıntı yoktu ama oda temizliği olayı sadece odayı havalandırmadan ibaretti. Konumu oldukca iyi. Sahile 5 dk yürüme mesafesinde. İçmelerin denizi ve plajı da oldukca temiz ve güzel. Eksik noktaları: kahvaltı ve yönetim zihniyeti. Kahvaltı çok yetersizdi. Hergün standart ve tek çeşit peynir olması kötü. Ekmekleri de genelde bayattı. Ama benim için kalacak yer olması yeterliydi o yüzden çok takılmadım. Yalnız yönetim anlayışı hiç iç açıcı değildi. Türklerden para kazanmıyorum yabancılar gelsin mantıgıyla yönetilen bir otel. Ödeme yapıldıysa sorun yok:) türklere klima bedava yabancılara ücretli. kasalar ikisi içinde ücretli.amaç tabiki para kazanmak anlıyorum ama bunu müşteriler önünde sesli bir şekilde dile getirilmesi çok yanlış. Hizmet sektöründe verdiğin hizmet kalitesine ve müşteri memnuniyetine önem verilirse zaten para kazanmamanız mümkün değil. Eğlence, gösteri..vs arayanlar için uygun değil. Sessiz sakin bir otel. çevresinde birçok market, restoran, otobus duragı..vs var. Genel anlamda tatmin edici.

Miray oteli tavsiye ederim gerek temizlik olsun gerek recepsiyon ve görevlilerin ilgisi olsun iyidi. Biz iki arkadaş gittik ve bütçemize uygun olduğu için bu oteli bulduk. İçmelerde ve denize 50 mt uzaklıkta eğer tekne turuna katılmak isterseniz recepsiyon size yardımcı oluyor. Kahvaltısı da orta şekerde tabi daha fazla çeşit olabilirdi ama fiyat aralığına göre çok çok iyi. Eğer marmaris içmelerde bütçenize uygun bir otel arıyorsanız hiç düşünmeden miray otele gidin derim. Ömer abinin yakınlığı ve sıcak kanlılığı için de çok teşekkür ederim..:))

çatı katında nefes almanın imkansız olduğu bir oda da konakladık. balkona balkon demeye bin şahit ister. kendimi sıkışmış kalmış hissettim. ayrıca odada duş kabinde kırık mermer vardı ve bacağımı kesti. kahvaltı da çeşit yok. resepsiyondaki ömer bey haricinde herkes gayet güler yüzlü ve yardımsever. konum iyi çarşıya ve plaja yakın. plajın sağladığı şezlong ve şemsiye hizmeti mevcut.
