「Nobody at property on arrival, place locked up in darkness and nobody answering the phone. left several voicemails but to date (5 days later) still no response. Worst holiday experience we have ever had; long distance travelled to find no accommodation. Not what you need after a long day and the stress of having to find an alternative place to stay in the middle of half term week and everywhere else is fully booked.」
