"Decent hotel, but not 5 star. Rooms good Gym good Spa decent / good Pools so-so Beach good Big grassy area Between hotel and beach good Noise factor so-so Dining mediocre Breakfast crowded / noisy / hot. Staff good Housekeeping good It is not a bad place and I might even go back. But I will definitely do a broader search next time to see if I can find a place a little more up the luxury scale. I did visit the Kimpton, W, and Vana Belle. I have to say I think all factors considered, this Centara is equal or better. And all other those are at higher price points. I reckon they exceed the Centara in some aspects, but overall, I stand by my opinion "

"Great location and a well-maintained, clean property. However, the dining experience was disappointing as all restaurants had the same menu, which became repetitive. The resort feels more suited for families with kids rather than couples. Breakfast was average, and the service did not match 5-star standards—staff at live counters asked us to come back instead of serving at the table. The Indian buffet night was below average. Management was missing everywhere including on breakfasts, only servers were doing their best to coordinate and cater."

"The rooms are spacious but somewhat outdated, with limited storage space for clothes. The window frames are wooden and have gaps, which allowed mosquitoes to enter the room; we had to block them with tissues. Breakfast is excellent, with a wide variety of fresh fruits."
