「The staff were nice and helpful. The rooms were great. The resort was great. However, the hotel was located a bit of distance away from town. Unless you have a car or likes to golf only, there was not really much to do around the hotel. Great place for family or group gatherings. Wouldn't recommend living there alone though.」

「It’s a stunning property. Loved the sunset champagne bar. Food and drinks are pricey, but there are other options nearby. The pizza at the Italian restaurant and the burger at the lunch spot near the pool with the swim up bar were yummy.」

「If you have children and want to have the best holiday experience, Jupiter Albufeira hotel will not disappoint you. The activities here are endless, especially the swimming activity and waterslides. Kids will have hours of fun. The foods here are delicious! You’ll be spoiled by choice everyday. Usually buffet foods can be ‘average’, but not here. Freshly cooked and is constantly topped up. The staffs are all wonderful! Both friendly and professional. I have been to many big brand 5 stars...

「This is a masive resort with two golf courses that look very challenging. The restaurants were great, The Well was our favorite place to eat. The shuttle service is a must and very efficient. They included the Well pool and amenities which are great. We really enjoyed ourselves and would go back for sure.」

「We had a two bedroom suite at the Residences. Hotel is beautiful but it is very spread out. To go to beach and main hotel building you need to take a shuttle which you may need to wait for 15-20 minutes. For a 5 star resort service was a bit spotty. We had a mishap at breakfast- was told we can do a la cart instead of buffet but ended up waiting for 1 hour to get eggs which was ridiculous. This hotel is also outside of Albufeira so location is not super convenient - you have to drive to town. 」
