「The hotel itself was beautiful, great location, views, the funicular down to the old town was just across the street. But I have to say the service disappointed us several times, and we are not very picky travelers. We had asked for the hotel to organize transportation from airport to hotel. They sent prices, we confirmed which one we want. They never confirmed it and there was no transportation organized. We ended up using Bolt, which worked well and was cheaper.
