"When we checked in, they couldn’t find our reservation record which we paid in advance to Expedia. we booked a lower rate room with no breakfast and have to pay at the spot (US$60 cheaper than what we paid to Expedia). When we checked out, they refunded us what we paid to them but not the amount that we paid to Expedia since they already received the payment from Expedia."

"今次12月20日入住是極度失望， 房間設施多方面壞掉包括房間溫泉浸浴出水不夠熱及空調不能製冷風， 技術人員來到亦不能修補！晚上沖涼沒有熱水，小朋友差點著涼，叫我們落去公衆浴室沖涼，小朋友及大人都愕然！為什麼我們訂這間溫泉酒店會是這樣安排，原本想讓小朋友在房間享受浸溫泉之樂，不想在那麼凍天氣走來走去及在公衆浴池與其他人聚集！最後在關池30分鐘唯有匆忙地到公衆浴室洗澡！酒店公關方面沒有作任何補償！如果只到公衆洗澡及浸溫泉，為何要訂住貴酒店，房間亦不便宜，但完全享用不到其設施，這是公關部失敗！只說句不好意思罷了完事！完全令我們不會再入住其酒店！ 金玉其外敗絮其中！"
