"Felt like a safe area and property was pretty. Bathrooms and indoor pool area could do for a renovation. But a great place to stay for a visit to Disneyland Paris! Also, transportation to the Disney Parks was so convenient."

The hotel is clean, modern, and very well-maintained, which immediately made me feel comfortable and safe. The area felt lively but secure, making it a perfect base for exploring the city. Staff were welcoming and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing after a busy day of sightseeing. "CitizensM never disappoints this is my fifth time staying at one of their locations worldwide and it’s always spectacular. The location is the only thing that’s off if you’re not familiar with the area or like to walk it may be a little bit difficult to access There’s a train station on the other side and it’s easily accessible. Otherwise the area is pretty safe and very bike accessible "

There were some nice amenities like cold water taps in the reception area which was great for refilling water bottles before you head out for siteseeing. Lots of staff around to answer questions.
