「シャワーの温度調節がうまくいかない。すぐ水になったり、熱くしたら熱くなりすぎるし… ティッシュペーパーがすぐ無くなったのに予備が置いてない。」

「Although we need to walk a bit from the city center, its still close. The big garden is very close and nice to walk around. The room is wide enough and well equipped.」

「海沿い、またショピンセンターまで近く、アクセス良好。」

「Room was huge - we had the disabled access one. The bathroom is the biggest I’d seen. A few stains on the carpet but they been scrubbed as best they could. Would have liked some bedside lights, ended up using the TV on a scrambled signal to give a little light. Staff were friendly and really helpful. To the point of intervening with parking because it’s free at the weekend. Top tip - if you’re heading to Winchester, get the bus. Bus stop a short walk away, the route I direct, every 10mins....

「Had arranged for the hotel to have a taxi for us in the morning. Was waiting for taxi 1/2 hour past the time pickup was arranged. Spoke to taxi service and found out no reservation was made for us. Hotel dropped the ball big time. Not happy at all.」
