「A gorgeous hotel. Rooms are excellent. Lovely breakfast options. Short walk to beach. Very hilly on whole of island. The only downside to my stay was that shortly before our trip the hotel contacted us to offer extras, we selected late check out and thought no more of it. At 10pm the night before check out we were emailed to say it wasn’t possible and we would need to check out at 11am. This meant I had to get up earlier than planned and rush to pack as I hadn’t yet done it. Could we not have...

「The property itself was okay. Rooms were clean and spacious. With to many nick nacks that were not necessary at all. Bathrooms good. Only our bathroom door was broken, wouldn’t close without a push and a noisy crack.Beds were not comfortable at all. Mattress firm. Pillows hard. We had double bed made from two single beds, massive gap in between, sliding apart. Air conditioning noisy.Too hot without it, so we had to use it. Towels not changed daily. They wouldn’t give you fresh pool towel unless...
