"We stayed for four nights in a king size balcony. The room was great at this hotel. Although the shower door rolled open for every shower which made for a cold blast of air on one side. The valet and front desk staff were also easy going and friendly. We had dinner at sessions and the bartenders actually made our day. Loved them and the cocktails. "Aspects of the stay were great, where other areas required improvement. Front desk staff and pool bar staff were great, provisions (restaurant?) staff was not good. The room was good, but was loud (heard cars from outside and AC all day/night). Bed was great. Shower took 10min before water got hot. Coffee machine was broken and there was nowhere to get a cup of coffee on site."

"The parking spots in the detached parking garage are very narrow. Difficult parking a compact SUV. Also, the rate to use the garage is $30 per day, which I believe was overpriced for the tight spacing."

"Booked a room with 2beds months prior. Arrived after midnight (to a sold out hotel) and was told we were “upgraded” and something about a fold out bed. I took that to mean a sofa bed in our room. No…they broke up an adjoining room/suite and had the sofa bed (the only bed) made out for us. I book VIPs and they would have made me change hotels immediately so I’m not sure how they can think this was ok to do. "The last morning we were awakened by workers opening up plastic sheeting to cover the hallway carpets to begin I guess some construction work. At about 8 am we were hoping to sleep in longer. Not happy about that. "
