"We were very happy with this hotel. Very efficient with communication leading up to and during our stay. Easy shuttle service to the hotel and back to the airport. Picked up our keys at a kiosk upon arrival with no waiting. Room was clean, efficient, comfortable and quiet. Only downside was not enough options for tv - would have liked using our subscription services on it. Went to the bar for dinner, which was good for what we wanted that night. Breakfast the next morning had a lot of options. Staff was friendly and helpful."

We stayed a week but went to Leeds for 2 days and as such informed the front desk that the room didn’t require service for those nights. "The hotel is great good location, good rooms, excellent restaurant for both evening meals and breakfast. Unfortunately check in is an absolute joke, arrived at the hotel around 3.30 pm to be told the rooms we’re not ready and would not be ready for some time, after waiting for an hour we decided to eat in the restaurant, which was excellent, as we need to be at the theatre for 7pm and would need to shower and change first. Before entering the restaurant I went to to reception to enquire how much longer the rooms we’re going to be. I was told six minutes for one, and no time forecast for the other room. After eating back to reception to be told one room was ready but the other still was not, I asked to see the manager who told me it was my fault as I wanted the two rooms on the same floor, not great customer service and at no time was I offered a room on a different floor earlier,I told her if they could not for fill my booking they should have not taken the booking in the fist place, I just got sorry as a response , this is such a pity as the hotel was good on all other levels"

"Well situated for central London, down a leafy street, and very close to the river and Tate Britain. The rooms aren’t huge, but extremely well thought through, so we felt we had plenty of space. Good air-con and shower. Breakfast was great, and the front desk was extremely helpful. Thank you"
