メグハマライの四つ星ホテル

「Our stay at Hills & Hues, Thekkady was an awesome experience. Nestled amidst the lush greenery of the Western Ghats, the property offers breathtaking views that can be enjoyed right from the rooms. Waking up to mist-covered hills and panoramic landscapes each morning was both relaxing and rejuvenating. The staff deserve special recognition for their warm hospitality, friendliness, and attentiveness. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel welcome and went out of their way to ensure our...

「We stayed here because the description says 1 minute walk from Peryvar Reserve, it is not. 15 to 20 mins out of Kumily up a very bumpy track. No atmosphere at all. No yoga offered. Evening meal not good, I complained but ignored. Chef shouting in the kitchen. Pool green. Restaurant service not good at all. The best feature is the great taxi driver who works for the hotel. Although it was a VERY expensive service. Check the details before you book. 」

「Friendly helpful people.Beautiful well kept grounds, simple but tasty food」

We also noticed that the bedsheets were not properly clean during check-in, which affected the first impression of the stay.」

「Interesting heratage rooms. Staff were disapointing and food buffet was poor for Kerala standards」

「Staff were simply oustanding and looked after us during the stay. Great room with balcony, comfortable best shower so far in our tour of India. Excellent restaurant with tasty fòod. Again lovely staff in the kitchen area.」

「There is no air conditioning. Complete lack of service. Evening meal was limited and appalling. Breakfast was toast or an omelette and no menu. We had to find a member of staff to enquire about breakfast. We appeared to be the only guests. We would not stay here again. Had we paid £20 a night it may have been worth it but not at the £120 that we paid. We had booked 4 nights on a non refundable deal and had hoped that this would be the highlight of our trip. We stayed for 1 night only as we were...
