「We had an overall average stay at this hotel. The room itself was clean, and daily housekeeping service was excellent, very consistent and thorough. The bellhop service was also good and professional. However, the ongoing construction on the hotel grounds was quite loud and became annoying after a while, especially during the day. It definitely impacted the overall experience. We also ordered room service one evening. It was inconvenient trying to locate the menu, even with the QR code system....

「Had a balcony with ocean view. Our room was excellent and the beds were awesome to sleep in. The whole property was clean, staff was so kind and helpful and food was so good. Will definitely come back!」

「Very thin walls. When the TV was on in the next room it seemed to be in our room. Keyless entry (no front desk) is difficult and simply means we did all the work. Key code is not provided much in advance.」

「The balcony overlooked the pool are and the beach & ocean. Beautiful views. The plumbing fixtures were clean, but old & outdated. The vent over the microwave was missing and the floors and baseboards were badly stained with a black substance. Just looked really dirty. 」
