「The main issue with our three-night stay at the JW Turnberry was that the hotel had overbooked and our suite was unavailable on the first night. We were sent to the Residence Inn across a busy four-lane highway, despite travelling with three small children and all our luggage. The room was uncomfortable, and our children had to sleep on a sofa bed without sheets or blankets. The following day, we returned to the JW Turnberry but had to wait until mid-afternoon for a room, carrying our luggage...

「Major construction in front of property. Had to call the desk several times before someone picked up to get directions to enter property. Carpet in the room was old and dirty. The furnitures had several chipped areas. So disappointing for a Hilton property! Not worth the trouble and cost! The only thing good was the inter coastal view was beautiful.」
