「We had an emergency and had to leave early. The staff was very helpful in arranging flights. 」

Housekeeping then converted it into two twin beds pressed up against one another. Not like the photos at all (or my prior stay at the hotel). 「The property is beautiful, loved the large windows that opened to the courtyard, beautiful courtyard and spiral staircase. However, the bathroom smelled like rotten eggs, sewage issues?? The breakfast was good , loved the honey comb display but food was often cold. 」

「The hotel is clean, had great vibe and interior design. Amenities include a small gym with good equipment and a yoga studio. Good was fantastic, great section for meat and non-meat eaters. Restaurant and bar staff very friendly and good service. Good selection of pools, just have to be up early for main pool ‘best’ beds, with canopies. Can’t fault the hotel but was disappointed with the reception service. We went for our honeymoon and pre-told the hotel. We weren’t given an upgrade like many...
