「The response was good」

「This is absolutely beautiful hotel. Excellent customer service at the front door to the checkin desk. Water was provided at front desk at all hours. House keeping was friendly and We got our room cleaned daily and not have to ask. We don’t mind paying high prices to receive the excellent services. Highly recommend this place. The food downstairs restaurant on the first floor offered healthy choices. Has GF bread!!! Long wait but it was worth it. Pool bar staff needs some friendly refresh course....

「Perfect room 」

「Staff is good. Around the hotel is not safty litlle bit! 」

「The Renaissance was the ideal place for our first trip.to Nashville. Location - optimal (one block from Broadway); amenities - above and beyond; staff - extremely professional and cordial... we will definitely book here again.. thanks for everything!!」

「We love this place」
