「子どもが留学している高校の卒業式に列席するためネルソンを訪れた際に宿泊しました。ネルソンでは一番良いホテルだと聞いていました。従業員の方は親切で、食事も美味しかったです。車を持っていないと、とても不便であると実感しました。」

「Overall great experience. Big, spacious rooms and comfortable beds! The room wasn’t ready when we arrived and guest service told us they’d call us when ready and we never got that call. We had a fishing trip booked and called an hr later to see if we could store our luggages at the office since the room wasn’t ready, and then found out the room was ready after all. Had we not called to inquire, the room may have been ready much earlier? It was a hot day to be waiting in the car with kids. A...

「The Josie is amazing! Our junior suite was beautiful, well appointed and clean. The bathroom was enormous. Service in the bar and front desk was personable, prompt and informative. The only thing that was a disappointment was the chicken and waffles」
