「Yes staff is very helpful I booked two room premium king with sea view at photo But when I checked in two room one 2219 is that room which I like at time booking I have idea same room But another room I received fon r suddhachitta Roy is not same room which I looking for it is on 1st floor no sea view then start argue start they say premium room king is not sea view but I got one room sea view why not other room same price and same time booking really feel flustrsted angry with Expedia...

「This retreat is lovely and once we got into the room we actually reserved and paid for, we really enjoyed ourselves. Unfortunately I can’t say that the reception person was very friendly or welcoming. We reserved and paid for a “Deluxe Cottage with garden view”, but we were put in a 4th floor room in one of the tall buildings and we were told that the garden view was the view out of the windows, which was a view off of the grounds. I don’t know what the rate was for that room, but probably a lot...
