"El hotel está descuidado no encienden los aires acondicionado en el restaurante y en el lobby con lo que si quieres estar fresco no puedes salir de la habitación hay pocas opciones para comer en el restaurante no prestan atención a la hora de preparar las cosas por ejemplo pedí un smoothie de fresa y durazno y me trajeron un vaso de leche con sirope de fresa en general he quedado muy decepcionado de mi estadia"

And on the last day of my stay the water came out very dirty & I was disappointed as hotel didnot react immediately, we called 3 times & they took action after we came down to the front desk. Anyway, hotel's condition is very nice & comfy."

We had to ask several times for hand soap because there wasn't any in our room, but they got us some eventually. The hotel breakfast is amazing, so many options for a buffet. I was really impressed.
