「Staff was so helpful」

「A nice hotel but really let down by the restaurant. Chicken curry with four wee tiny bits of chicken, and a tiny scoop of rice. Definite not worth the money. We weren’t the only table to complain about this. We also ordered sides which we never received. However the manager was quite understanding of our upset, and handled it very well and professionally.」

「Great hotel !!」

「Place is old. Bathroom had a major leak in the tub. I didn’t know until I got out of the shower and stepped in a giant puddle. The water was discolored and had sediments in it. Staff was rather unfriendly in comparison to the rest of people I dealt with while visiting the country. Didn’t help me much. Can hear people in hall and in rooms next door way too loud. Walls and doors aren’t sound proof. My refrigerator didn’t work.」

「Great small hotel, most likely family run. Comfortable stay, great breakfast and close to the hotel were we attended a wedding. Highly recommend」

「Supposed to be a 4 star hotel but a number of issues imo. Only one lift for a large hotel seems poor. You need to drop off your bags from the car at the entrance as otherwise there are steps to negotiate from the car park. The bar restaurant is frankly very poor in terms of noise and quality of food which arrived so quickly that it was obviously not freshly cooked and was pretty tasteless. There are numerous reviews highlighting this but nothing appears to have been done about it. The main...
