「in our room , every detail is top of the range and the restaurants and common areas are super. the front desk staff, especially Tania the head of staff, were extremely helpful in dealing with a particular matter we needed resolved . way beyond the normal assistance xx」

「The amenities at the property are amazing, multiple pools, beach area, ocean front with great places for relaxing, walkable pier and Mariana with Harbor, Bridge, and Charleston views that are so beautiful they seem unreal. On the downside, this is more of an upscale property that needs TLC, cob webs in the ceiling fan over the bed, towels look dingy, walls, doors and trim need to be repainted and everything needs to be refreshed (room 440).
