"I was bumped from the king bed I paid for and given bunk beds!! No warning. I’m 68 years old. Traveling with my 60 year old sister. They quickly told me it was because I booked with a 3rd party. Would not budge. I paid 379.00 on Expedia. Hotel charged my credit card 575.00!! Do I need to warn people that they are at risk using Expedia??!! I’m a Hilton Honors member. I sure would have just used their website had I known."

"The leather chair for the desk in the room was very worn, as was the sofa. There seemed to be a lot of confusion with the valet parking. The staff was very helpful and polite. The bars had great drinks and the food was good."

"This was a really nice room! I stayed with some friends for a concert at the venue up the street. The only issue was this loud buzzing sound that happened sporadically. We couldn’t figure out where it was coming from. It was tolerable, but quite irritating when trying to sleep… and it also scared the crap out of us every time lol"
