Lovely clean place to stay

I loved the location of this hotel. Staffs were very kind!

Stayed for 3 nights. Staff was courteous and the room was clean. Right next to the Red Line train so very easy to get to from the airport.

The Heathman is beautiful and the staff are great. We had a few problems, though. We went to our room after being out and the door card didn’t work. We asked for help and they forgot about us. We had to call a second time. It turns out the battery had died. It took quite some time to get us in the room and we almost missed the performance we had paid for, next door. Then, when we left, it was apparent that one of the valet staff had changed the radio station and got the floor quite dirty. The...

The room was great, the shower - amazing!

Amazing staff, room services, and location is close to everything

The hotel was great only thing I’d say is if your paying for a room there the spa should be included not an extra fee other than that I loved it

👍

Comfortable, clean, and convenient property. Felt safe and walkable. Beautiful views, modern property made for a relaxing stay. Central location provided convenient access by car.

Was comfortable

We really loved our stay at Hotel deLuxe! The level of personal care was wonderful. Our room was lovely, clean and comfortable with a personal note and such inviting thoughtful treats. The onsite restaraunt, Gracie's, had fabulous breakfast and coffee options. We look forward to staying again!

It was close to so many things we enjoy to do

This hotel was chosen for its location and it worked out well for us. Cost was competitive among others in town. It's the first hotel we ever stayed to have laminated flooring instead of carpet and we liked it. We were provided an accessible room (not needed, so they may have a surplus on that day) and it was plenty spacious. Furnishing was functional but very minimal so it's not for those who want to spend time in the room and hang out. Service was prompt and front desk was super friendly and...

Super classy. Well decorated. It very much reminds me of the hotel in the show Altered Carbon. Super secure. I tried to go to the speakeasy. It seemed like exactly what I wanted. The guy at the door decided that I was not supposed to be there. Even though I had been sent over by the front desk. Yebin assured me that there was no reason for him to block me like that. Yebin tried to be so helpful and gave me a free drink, but they treated me like I was a bum and refused to honor it. I bought a...

I chose to pay $30 and park across the street. Unfortunately my drivers side window was smashed over night. During a very frustrating time the staff was AMAZING. In particular Kim who can out to my vehicle and proceeded to sweep out the glass. She then worked with Griffen and got me a shopvac and extension cord so I could vacuum out remaining glass. The front desk comped me valet (secured garage) the next night. The staff made our stay amazing. Valet your vehicle and do not park in lot...

I found the decor to be very charming with nods to Art Deco and interesting art on display.

Great hotel in a nice part of Portland. Wonderful entertainment inside and relaxed vibe. Great place to stay for anyone looking for a unique experience.
