「Berwick upon tweedの中で一番オシャレと思われると思われる通りにあり、Tweed川も、海の方の灯台へも徒歩圏内で立地が良かったです。　部屋も清潔で、ホテルのスタッフも感じが良く、とても親切でした。１階はカフェになっていました。　タオルが宿泊料金に含まれていなく、１枚借りるのに２ポンドかかります。Berwick upon tweedから出ているバスで30分でHoly Islandにも行かれます。（バスは９月末までの運行のようです）」

「The hotel was very comfortable and warm. The bathroom was modern and well furnished with a super shower. The food was excellent with imaginitive dishes and a menu which changed every day. Service was excellent from friendly, polite staff.」

「The property is a beautiful historic home with fun trap doors and hiding places from the original owner's tea smuggling days. It has a wonderful open living and dining area with an expansive view of the town of Eyemouth. We had easy access to restaurants in town (we watched the fresh fish delivered daily), scenic hiking trails and the golf course on the hill behind the house. We also spent a day surfing in Coldingham Bay only a stone's through away. The first floor of the property is often used...

The rooms are lovely and the lounge is wonderfully welcoming. The evening meals are just superb (and excellent value at £33 per head) and we wished we were staying longer.
