「I was extremely disappointed with my stay. The hotel was very dirty — the rugs looked like they had not been vacuumed in a long time, and overall cleanliness was poor. To make matters worse, there was a leak coming from the ceiling in my room. I called the front desk, and two staff members came to look at it and said they would check on the issue and come back, but nobody ever returned or followed up.
