「Very comfy beds and also rooms provided with fan to keep you cool when rooms are too hot 」

「We had a really good stay at this hotel, the breakfast was one of the best we've had, the best selection and very tasty. The evening meal was also beautiful, can't fault any of the food. Family room was large and huge bed, but disappointed in the lack of air conditioning and the shower quality. It was a bit disappointing hearing one of the waitresses at the breakfast entrance talk to the younger staff in a very rude manner. Bit of a chip on her shoulder as all the staff who we seen cleared...

「I always stay at the Lockkeeper when I'm up visiting family. It's clean, comfortable with plenty of parking and excellent wi-fi (I worked from the hotel one day, including video calls). The staff are always welcoming and friendly and I often eat at the pub when I stay. It would be good to have an ashtray by the hotel, the only ashtrays are currently in front of the pub.」

「英語がわからず色々ホテルのアメニティを使いこなせなかったがフロントの方が部屋まで来て丁寧に説明してくれた。忙しい中ご対応いただき大変感謝。居心地もよく大変安心して泊まれました。またノッティンガムに来た時はここに泊まりたいです」

「清潔で静かで良いです。今回はロックダウンの最中でレストランも無くチェックインの際にアンケートを書く必要もありましたが、フロントの対応は常に品があり、部屋も清潔で概してとても好印象でした。」

「Lovely check-in staff, delicious warm cookie on arrival and an ice cream in a heatwave was most welcome. The room was spotless and such a comfortable bed. I wouldn't hesitate to use this hotel again and recommend to others. 」

「大満足！　Endcliffの寮に至近、周辺環境も静かかつ安全で最高です。徒歩10分圏内と考えればスーパーも複数ありますが、水にさえ拘らなければ、そもそも必要ないかも。バスローブの至福は、熱くて水量の十分なシャワーの後でどうぞ。週末は特に選択肢の増える朝食は、早起きしてぜひ！　近隣のジョギングは植物園以外も、最高でした。都心部へもバスが複数あり、至便。エンジョイ！」

「Great, convenient location for my needs. Only stayed one night but found all staff very friendly and helpful. Only gripe was I could'nt figure out how the accessable shower unit worked. Failed to get it to supply any hot water, only cold」

「The house is a very unique house with a deep history set in extensive formal gardens. The staff, particularly in reception and the Restaurant are attentive and very pleasant. The age and design of the house allows functions such as weddings and prom parties to be held without disturbing other guests. It may be a little dog-eared but that seems to add to its charm.」
