コンコルドの四つ星ホテル

「Very convenient and comfortable hotel.」

「The bed and the pillows were the best ever. Had a great nights sleep. My view of the mountains was beautiful. Enjoyed the warm cookie upon arrival. Customer service at front desk was exceptional」

「Clean, nice pool and hot tub. Beds could be way better, back was hurting in the morning. The bathroom was really nice for its time, but could for sure use an update. We were sad to see the restaurant wasn’t open so no onsite food options.」

「they knew we were getting there late, but there was no light on for us to see down some dark steps to our door. Floors and bathroom toilet filthy. No extra towels especially after one falls onto dirty floor. Fireplace finally turned on after 8 hours of ignition. One hanger for slacks for 2 people. Nice kitchen,w/ kettle but no tea/towels. Had to ask twice for extra blanket. Couldn’t get on internet with PC. The response was, ‘We’re a bed n breakfast, not a hotel.’」
