"VERY good location in the heart of Miraflores and can access a lot by walking. The hotel is very nice, with beautiful stone constructions indoors. The Juan Valdez coffee shop built-in is a great option for coffee and bites. This is my second time staying there and not the last."

"Very friendly and caring staff. Goes above and beyond the call of duty. Breakfast every morning was delicious. You get to order your omelette if you desire or boiled eggs. Or enjoy the scrambled eggs they make in the buffet. Rooms are spacious and quiet. And all is well maintained. Thanks for a great stay. "

"Staff was amazing"

"Must have missed shuttle by minutes at the airport (after 3 hour delayed flight). Attendant there was not very communicative and not helpful at first as my phone was broken and I couldn’t immediately show proof of reservation. This is after we initially went to their hotel that is at the current airport. Only difference in the name is GRAND is the one at the new/current airport. Didn’t get to use drink voucher as we arrived at 1am. Room was nice, front desk was nice and enjoyed the breakfast."
