This hotel is rather new but it looks amazing. The staff were greatly helpful and did treat us very well and were very professional and friendly. However, in our room, there was a slight smell of sewage every time we turned on the exhaust/bath fan. Perhaps it came from the still construction going on but it was not a pleasant smell to have in the room. We kept the fan off to not disturb our experience. Quite honestly , other than that, our time at the hotel was great. The location is just perfect. A quick 10 minute walk to Parque Kennedy and Larcomar (going the opposite direction). We would definitely stay there again.

I like the service of staff personnel and I did not like that the hotel management did not respect the end date of my stay. I had to reserve to another hotel because of howard johnson closed the service because of Coronavirus Crisis.

Excelente custo benefício

O hotel é muito bem localizado, os funcionários muito prestativos. Todas as minhas solicitações foram atendidas com rapidez. O café da manhã muito bom. A piscina, ainda que pequena, fez a festa das crianças nos dias de calor em Lima. Acho que podem melhorar a internet que ainda é muito instável.

Excelente la amabilidad del personal. No estoy de acuerdo por un cobro extra que se realizó por una persona adicional. Eramos dos pasajeros, pero volando desde países distintos. Así que la reserva quedó a uno de ellos, pero al llegar nos informan sorpresivamente que hay un extra costo por el pasajero adicional. Este tipo de cobros hace tiempo dejó de existir en el mundo. Ahora se cobra es el servicio de habitación. Y dela forma como se hizo la reserva que expreso arriba, no era posible anunciar dos personas. Si se quiere llegar a os extremos, una de las noches no la pasamos allí y dos días no consumimos el desayuno en el hotel.
