「The housekeeper cleaned every day which is unusual these days! All staff was friendly and helpful with anything you may need. The grounds and pool were immaculate. The restaurant was one of the very best on the island! We never ate breakfast but had lunch or dinner at the restaurant every day then went somewhere else the other meal. The bed was comfortable which is so important to me. My husband and I have no complaints and we have stayed at Royal West Indies 4 times over the past years.」

「Our stay at West Bay Club was absolutely wonderful. The hotel is beautifully maintained, peaceful, and located on one of the most stunning beaches in Turks and Caicos.
The staff was exceptional- friendly, professional, and always willing to help. From check-in to departure, the service felt warm and personalized. The suite was spacious, very clean, and comfortable, with beautiful ocean views and everything we needed for a perfect vacation.」
