"We had an accessible room which was huge, containing a kitchenette which had microwave, fridge, dishwasher and stove. But there was no where to sit and eat. There was only a low coffee table, desk and one chair! There was plenty of room in the corner for a round table and chairs. The accessible shower was missing one curtain which caused water to go over bathroom floor. Just little things that would of made stay more enjoyable. Otherwise would reccomend the hotel."

"Closing the Boiler House restaurant for dinner Sat to Tues feels like they are trying to forcefully "upsell" the Wintergarden restaurant. Coupled with the insistence of a minimum of 3 courses ffor dinner on a Sat left a very bad taste in the mouth."

"We had a big 3 bed apartment. It had everything that we needed. Lots of space, comfy beds & all of the amenities that we needed. It was in walking distance to lots of pubs & cafes. Safe, secure on site parking. Very friendly, helpful staff"
