「Overpriced and the view was not really that great from the resort. Some of the staff were less than cordial. Shall we say I would not stay there again. The spa was wonderful and I absolutely recommend that.」

「Everything here is amazing except for 2 small issue's. They need to provide water by the pool or beach or at least someplace that sells water and a place to refill it. Also, there are lots of very steep stairs and hills going to and from the rooms and beach. Maybe golf cart shuttle service. Otherwise it is fantastic.」

「Had the best time at Pompano Beach club! The staff are absolutely incredible, so friendly and welcoming. We did the dining plan it mad the whole experience more enjoyable and easy. Loved the heated pool, the beautiful beach, the views! The hotel is a bit dated but we didn’t care one bit. A truly authentic experience in Bermuda. Can’t wait to go back! 」

「I'm a pretty patient and tolerant person and usually a big fan of the Fairmont, but this was probably the most disappointing stay I've ever experienced. The room we got looked nothing like the room I thought I booked online. It was clean but definitely needed an update. Ok so the hotel isn't fully renovated. I get it. I also get that the service might be a little slow since it's offseason, but I didn't expect to wait an hour from the time we put in a lunch order to the time it got delivered...
