"We loved our stay at Karras Grande Resort! Right from checking in the staff couldn’t do enough for us. There was a little confusion at check in which was nobody’s fault, but the lovely staff upgraded our room for the following nights as a gesture of good will when we spoke to them after our first night. They are genuinely such kind and warm hosts! The breakfast spread is incredible with so many options and more staff than I’ve ever seen at a breakfast ready to help if you need any assistance....
