「The place is nice, very well located, the only problem is the price of parking, very expensive !!!!️」

「Stay away from this lipstick on a pig property. Miles away from any beach and everything else for that matter, not clean and horrible customer service. The unit is poorly marked took me 40 minutes once I got to the "address" to find it. The ceiling fan in the living room didn't work, and its in the 90s everyday, the a/c vents have black mold in them, there's splatter, probably urine, on the side of the vanity by the stool. Trash under furniture and the refrigerator has rust all down the side....

「The hot tub broke during our stay, the other hot tub was only partially filled. The pools outside were freezing, in the indoor pool was dirty. The basketball and tennis courts were amazing! Indoor gym was very small.」

「We really enjoyed staying here! It was clean, the pool was nice (although I wish we could’ve had the code to the tv) and they were very communicative. 」

「The building was run down and needed a lot of updates. It didnt seem very welcoming. The room seemed clean when we first walked in untill you started looking more closely. The couch is DISGUSTING! stains all over it. We had to put sheets on it in order to sit on it. The one bedroom had lamps which both didnt work. Both bathrooms had hair and the whole place was grungy. The owner had lots of rules that they dont disclose BEFORE you rent the room. Parking is 40$ a night. Save your money and go...

「The room wasn’t clean , floors were terrible. The guest bathroom was leaking all over the floor and even after maintenance it continued to leak an run constantly and then had a sewer smell the last day we were there . It was definitely a inconvenience being we had 8 people. The bed were a bit hard to but it was a good time on the beach . Pool was nice and scenery was beautiful.」

「Stayed here 3 nights with a family of 4. Would highly recommend! The condo was clean and temp in the rooms was perfect upon arrival. There was even a closet with beach towels, umbrellas, toys, etc... The pools were right beside the beach which made it convenient. I would book another trip here in the future.」
